Include as much as you can so we can help quickly:
- Your parent account email
- Child device name (as shown on the dashboard)
- Phone brand and Android version (e.g. Samsung Galaxy, Android 14)
- What you expected vs what happened
- Screenshots if something looks wrong in the app
